Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. Cancellation Requests
All cancellation requests must be submitted through official communication channels. The date of request will be considered the effective cancellation date.
2. Cancellation Fees
Cancellation fees may apply depending on how close the request is to the service date. The closer the cancellation is to the departure date, the higher the penalty may be.
3. Non-Refundable Services
Certain services are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. These may include:
- Entrance tickets
- Train tickets
- Permits and reservations with third-party providers
Once issued, these services cannot be canceled or refunded under any circumstances.
4. Partial Refunds
In some cases, partial refunds may be granted depending on the type of service and timing of cancellation. Administrative fees and non-recoverable costs will be deducted from any refund.
5. No-Show Policy
Failure to appear on the day of the tour or service will be considered a “no-show” and will result in a 100% charge, with no refund applicable.
6. Changes Instead of Cancellation
Whenever possible, changes to travel dates or services may be offered as an alternative to cancellation. These changes are subject to availability and may involve additional costs.
7. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and financial institutions involved.
8. Force Majeure
No refunds will be issued for cancellations caused by circumstances beyond control, including but not limited to natural disasters, weather conditions, strikes, political unrest, or other unforeseen events.
9. Company-Initiated Cancellations
In the unlikely event that a service must be canceled due to operational or safety reasons, an alternative service or a full or partial refund will be offered.
10. Acceptance of Policy
By confirming a booking, you acknowledge and accept this Cancellation & Refund Policy.
